although I don't use an Android phone myself, I heard there was this app called "Seeingwithsound". Yes, that's how you'd spell it when searching for it on the market. Basically, it's an app, for research purposes, which helps the blind see with sound. They try to use audio equivalents to represent visual phenomena, i.e. using a louder beep to represent a brighter object.
Hope this helps. :)

I know of a program that you could get on your phone called haytel.
It is a push to talk program that you can get on your phone.
You need to have some friends that could use haytel beforee you get the application.
You could add your email address or phone number.
Tell me when you get haytel so that I can add you.
thanks.

You need to turn off the reading mode, to type in a edit field, I will send you a haytel messege. Oh, because of your camra, google goggles does not work very well. Its a 3 mega pixal with no flash on your phone, I have seen people on the eye's free shell, and the moble accessibility list who have had trouble because of a camra with no flash and a 3 mega pixals.

Android Vox is a browser that will let you move with headings, links, forms and etc. Also it download's file and is the only one that we as visual impaired can use that will let you download so far. Its free as well, so that is a plus. Soon, code factery will update their browser and it to will beable to download, I am hoping for flash support to be added.

There are also some links that and web views that aren't accessible with MA that are in Android vox but some of those also aren't accessible in that one as well. At least I got the Android vox to stream audio but it requires that you touch and hold the screen and choose the stock browser to launch the music player. Ma still can't do that. Therefore, I highly recommend using Android vox in many situations.
